With the exploration, development and application of marine resources, seabed mineralresources, marine energy and marine space, the number of submarine environmentalmonitoring equipment and engineering equipment people put into the sea is also graduallyincreasing. The acoustic releaser, as a necessary tool to aid recovery in the marine survey andunderwater engineering, play an irreplaceable role in ocean exploration. Acoustic releaser ismainly used for automatic recovery of underwater equipment. Based on the comparisonbetween the domestic and foreign acoustic response releaser, according to the existingtheoretical knowledge and practical experience for the foundation, we design a new kindacoustic releaser, which integrate acoustic release, acoustic response and acoustic positioningin one product. This paper focuses on the analysis of underwater acoustic communications,underwater acoustic positioning principle, the principle of coded modulation scheme, thendesign the water machine and underwater machine of the system. Through the design andimplementation, deck unit sends telecommands on the ship, underwater machine receives theremote control instruction to complete the acoustic release function, when fail to salvage,through the underwater acoustic positioning function to locate the underwater equipmentposition, and then ask the attitude information of the underwater machine, according to theattitude information to formulate underwater salvage plan.The first part is knowing about the underwater acoustic responder releaser use andapplication background, comparing the underwater acoustic responder releaser from domesticand international world, pointing out the research hotspot of underwater acousticcommunication, planning the content and structure. Then the second part designs the overallstructure of the acoustic responder releaser, presents the main functions of this subject,including underwater acoustic release, acoustic response and acoustic positioning function.The key technology of the underwater acoustic releaser is described in detail in this part, theunderwater acoustic communication model and acoustic positioning model are alsoestablished, and put forward an iterative algorithm to reduce the acoustic positioning range,using binary frequency shift keying as coded modulation scheme of underwater acousticcommunication. The deck unit is remote control unit of the entire system,this part designs the structure of the deck unit, completes the selection of the transducer and the LCD screen,finish the circuit design (control circuit, ultrasonic transmitting circuit, power managementcircuit), builds the software platform, then writes the coding processing program, acousticpositioning program and keyboard scanning program module and so on. Underwater machine,as the command receiver, is to process and decode the signal, then according to the specificcommand to execute corresponding operation, this part designs the underwater machinestructure, which is composed of hydrophones, underwater machine circuit and shell. In thispart we complete the selection of hydrophone, design the signal processing circuit of themachine (signal amplification circuit, narrowband frequency selective network, envelopedetection circuit), build a underwater software platform, write the decoding program and thelow power processing program and so on. After the deck unit and underwater machine aredesigned, the communication experiment of water machine and underwater machine iscombined and achieved. By sending a remote control instruction in the water machine,underwater machine in deep water receive the remote control instruction and manage thedecoding function, by comparing the water machine instructions and the received instructionof underwater machine. the accuracy and reliability of underwater acoustic communication isverified successfully at last.
