Fly wheel is one of the most important sensors in satellite’s attitude determination and control system, different kinds of fly wheel has been developed to meet with the unique application. However, with the rapid development of the past decade in pico-satellite, the fly wheelcan not quite fit with the severe requirement of power consumption and small volumany more, and thus to development the new miniaturized fly wheel becomes very important.The design requirements of the second generation of pico-satellite based on the corresponding parameters is analyzed, and the completion of a motor selection,wheeldesign.The bias momentum wheel design program A is given a way of speed control,sampling speed control mode.Thesteady speed of the program, the speed changes, several rounds of control, fault detection, and many other performance indicators has been tested and verified respectively,to ensure the feasibility of the design.Basic control for brushless DC motor as a the reaction momentum wheel performance in the zero point inaccurate.In addition to solve this problem,wedesign a scheme B and devise a way of speed control,sampling speed control mode. Thesteady speed of the program, the speed changes, several rounds of control, fault detection, and many other performance indicators has been tested and verified respectively, to ensure the feasibility of the design.In this paper, the two momentum wheel achieve high-precision, high reliability, speed control, and determine the design of the system provides an important guarantee for the next generation ofpico-satellite attitude.
