With the development of science and technology, market competition and customer demand is increasing, the manufacturing problem that produce in the product quality, production capacity, delivery period, the production cost of many varieties of small batch flexible production model has become prominent. Traditional production scheduling methods can not meet modern enterprise operations management and flexible, efficient, automated production targets.This paper studied the problem of flexible automation jobshop scheduling, and major achievements include:1) Ant genetic hybrid algorithm is proposed to solve the flexible scheduling problem for multi-process equipment, by constructing an ant algorithm based multi-objective and multi-process equipment genetic optimization selection algorithm and an genetic based multi-objective job scheduling algorithm. Two ant-genetic algorithm are realized by using two different stratification strategies. Two algorithms have their own advantages on solving shorten turnaround time and equipment load balancing problems. By testing the existing standard cases, as well as comparing with the optimal solution currently available, the effectiveness of the results of this study is validated, and a feasibility test is carried out by the actual production data from business.2) As for the scheduling problem of the public resources usage in practical production, the public resources optimization design method, which is based on the scheduling sequence, has been proposed to solve the problems of public resource allocation optimization and dynamic path planning. The feasibility of the algorithm has been verified by the test results and the target of shortest total completion time has been realized.3) The problem about emergency process and orders insertion has been studied in this paper. The strategy of right removing scheduling was designed here also including the building of a dynamic scheduling algorithm. The damage from the problem mentioned above can be inhibited in maximum. The feasibility and effectiveness of algorithm have been tested.4) The key module of the production scheduling system in flexible automation workshop has been developed. And the case test of production scheduling optimization has been taken under the practical enterprise engineering environment.
