With the development of high performance programmable device and the technology ofsemiconductor device production, power electronic device has became to the era of highrfequency, one of the most representative device is the high frequency switching power supply.And the high frequency switching power supply become the ifrst choice for metallurgy,electroplating and other industrial production with many advantage, like small volume, lessharmonic and so on.Atfer reading a large number of relevant information and in-depth research, designed thehigh frequency switch model power supply, which output power is300kW, operate frequencyis20kHz, use DSP and CPLD complete the control function, include fuzzy PID control, IGBTdirver and protection, Parallel current-shairng control, A/D converter control and so on, so it isthe digital control system with more excellent performance. Then, designing the full birdgeDC\DC converter circuit for high frequency conversion, and the single-phase full bridgerectiifer circuit as the output circuit, calculated parameter and selected the devices.The Simulation and expeirmental results show that the design of the control system canifnish all control functions, fully demonstrated the speed of floated DSP and flexible featuresof CPLD circuit design, the whole system has higher response speed and anti-jamming ability.
