Rail irregularity is the most important external factor of causing the vehicle random vibration in the running. With the increasing of the speed, random excitation frequency became widening caused by rail irregularity in the frequency. Vertical and lateral acceleration of the vehicle became strong. And affect the dynamic performance of the vehicle. So grasping the structure of the vehicle vibration in the design and improving running smoothly is an important topic in the vehicle research areas.The solve of random vibration is based on statistical theory, this is a complex calculation method and with a huge amount of calculation,usually it may handle of simple model. So we usually use multi-body dynamics and rigid-sofe mixed dynamic model to solve this vehicle dynamics analysis. But this two models is difficult to overcome inefficiencies of calculated and distortion of calculation result by increased degrees of freedom. So this paper use Efficient Algorithm of Random Vibration Analysis to solve Structure Vibration of25T Passenger Train. We may get the PSD of response of any points to grasp the vibration of the vehicle structure. The Specific analytical method is:established vehicle dynamics model with finite element method, established load data based on rail irregularity. We put structural data and load data to Efficient Algorithm of Random Vibration analysis to get response information of the structural. In this paper, we analyzed vibration of the vehicle components based on standard deviation of acceleration and vibration of portion based on PSD of acceleration. Getting conclusion:vertical excitation caused the body chassis and roof severe vibration, lateral excitation caused the body sidewall severe vibration. The response of bogie is more closer to the center position, the vibration is more severer. Finally, we analyze and evaluate stationarity of vehicle body at differernt speeds, and get conclusion:the speed is more lower, the stationarity of vehicle body is more better; and the central stationarity is better than the end stationarity of vehicle body at same speed.
