| This article tries to solve the problems of the current difficulties which are the blade fatigue test. Through the simulation calculation of blade, the author overcomes the lack of the blade actual operation parameters, and uses the simulation results of blade to design the blade fatigue test system.This project is from Shanghai Quality Inspection and it is the wind power grid detection research.20kw small wind turbine blades which composites materials is chose to be the object. It tests the simulation analysis and designs blade fatigue loading test system which is based on the simulation data.Research method and the processes are the following:According to the Betz, Glauert and aerodynamic design theory, the author determines the aerodynamic parameters of the blade for modeling, and generates the blade airfoil parameters by profili, and establishes the complete blade model in solidworks. Then, the author uses ANSYS to make modeling and analyzes the leaf. The modeling process includes building up the complex ply material, density, load settings. The process of analysis includes static analysis, modal analysis, fatigue analysis. The10modes of simulation are simulated during the modal analysis of the blades. Based on the Miner linear cumulative damage theory during the fatigue analysis the author predicted the fatigue life. Finally, in a variety of load type, principle and measurement method of comparative analysis, the author combined with the simulation parameters to design fatigue testing system for blade.Through a series of simulation analysis and data, this paper choose SG6050for simulation of blade airfoil and it could provide some reference for the large fan blades and the other airfoil the similar problem. It based on the blade load simulation development of blade fatigue test system, the main idea is shorten the development cycle and cost of development. |
