| This paper carries on the wind farm common fan equipment and analysis to the transport vehicle, discussed the main research content of Wind Farm road plane, vertical section, cross section design, the minimum radius of horizontal curve of the road, the maximum longitudinal slope index. Meanwhile, this introduces analyzed China’s wind farm common subgrade and pavement engineering design. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. The relationship of commonly used fan equipment with transport vehicles and the road surface widthThe main equipment of wind turbine composed of cabin, hub, blades and tower. The wind turbine cabin is the heaviest piece of all the equipment, blade is the longest piece of all the equipment, the first section tower is the widest piece of all the equipment. The current commonly used models of wind turbines capacity ranging from750kW to2500kW, for ordinary highway transportation, The wind machine equipment can be stand-alone capacity size is divided into750kW unit,1500kW unit and2500kW unit three levels, the representative models were taken as the research object of this article.At present domestic commonly used fan transportation vehicles, according to the quality of calibration load can be divided into domestic10t-15t model, domestic15t-25t model, domestic above25t models and import above40t models. In this paper, the different research object to choose different transportation models, including blade transport by domestic10t-15t model vehicles, cabin transport by above40t imported model vehicles.Through the analysis of this paper, wind farm roads should be determined according to the first tower section width of road transport vehicles width. The designer can be fully aware of the shoulder and waterway transport net width, reduce the width of road use.2. Influence on the length of the fan blade on the road horizontal curve designBecause the semi-trailer type blade with longer transport, three kinds of typical wind turbine transportation road horizontal curve radius and the corresponding pavement widening value calculation, the typical unit of wind farm road transport limit the minimum radius of horizontal curve, no widening value of the minimum radius of horizontal curve, and small radius of horizontal curve corresponding widening value.According to the actual blade transportation situation, calculation of widening value of the horizontal curve according to the difference situation of horizontal curve, including two categories of four kinds of curve, such as full excavation type of incurved, fill and dig type incurved, dig and fill type of outward curvature, filling the embankment type of outward curvature.3. Effect of the wind turbine cabin weight to the design index of vertical sectionBecause of the wind farm transport vehicle cabin is mainly limited to the uphill climbing ability, so this paper according to the three kinds of typical wind turbine cabin weight, engine torque tractors were selected for study of large longitudinal slope. Through theoretical calculations related automotive gradeability, affected by sea level and motor full-load conditions, according to six kinds of wind farms were calculated for the maximum vehicle climbing slope, the maximum longitudinal slope design shows that wind farm road transport values typical units.4.
