At present, the stiffener of SPSW is based on strip stiffener without torsional rigidity, but torsional rigidity is proven that it can improveSPSWs’shear buckling critical stress and reduce stiffeners’threshold rigidity effectively. In the meantime, previous studies which analyzed numerous SPSWs with only double-sided transverse channel stiffeners with finite element elastic buckling analysis method have presented formulas calculating SPSWs’shear buckling critical stress and stiffeners’threshold ngidity. In this paper, numerous SPSWs with cross double-sided stiffeners are analyzed with finite element elastic buckling analysis method, formulas are presented to calculate SPSWs’shear buckling critical stress and stiffener’threshold rigidity, including the following three parts:(1) Transverse channel stiffeners’rigidity is fixed as known threshold rigidity, then one longitudinal strip stiffener whose rigidity is increased from zero is installed, numerous SPSWs are analyzed with finite element elastic buckling analysis method, formulas are presented to calculate stiffeners’threshold rigidity.(2) Numerous SPSWs with cross double-sided stiffeners whose rigidity is both increased from zero are analyzed with finite element elastic buckling analysis method, formulas are presented to calculate stiffeners’ threshold rigidity by keeping the ratio of transverse’s and longitudinal’s rigidity in rational range.(3) Transverse channel stiffeners are replaced asstrip stiffeners, the results are compared corresponding the first two parts and the influence of torsional rigidity is analyzed.
