Compared with the traditional stabilized voltage power supply switching power supply has the advantages of high efficiency, small volume, light weight, wide voltage range. Switching power supply based on DC/DC thick film hybrid integrated process is by virtue of its high reliability and are widely used in military, aviation, aerospace and other fields. The flyback switching power supply because of its advantages of simple topology, required less components, widely used in small power and multi-output occasions.This paper takes the small DC/DC power supply for6W,±15V dual output as an example, discusses the realization process design and process of the power supply. The design process includes the controller design and peripheral circuit, transformer design, the design of the output circuit, clamp circuit design, circuit design, layout design, etc.. Introduces the realization process of the power supply module, key technology and the power supply module features optimization on the part of the traditional process improvement.Sample test results show that:the efficiency reach85.4%, output voltage accuracy is0.20%(+15V),0.23%(-15V), the output voltage ripple is20mV (+15V),30mV (-15V), load adjustment rate is less than2%. Performance is good, has the high precision of output voltage ripple, low cost, and batch production and marketing value.
