Wind energy as an environmental protection resource is gaining more and more attention in most countries in the world. Wind power as green energy, has been developing rapidly in recent years. Wind turbine pitch control system is an important equipment of wind power, its safe operation is an important guarantee for stable and efficient of wind power system. It is important to apply mobile equipment, which can be accessed convenientlly, to monitor wind turbine pitch system.This paper researches the monitoring and control of wind turbine pitch system based on wireless mobile devices. The main work includes overall system design, hardware and software implementation. The main research work is as follows:In the embedded Linux operating system environment, the embedded Web server and USB interface are designed. Based on the analysis of USS protocol and XML files, the communication between the system and SINAMICS G120inverter is implemented. And the communication between the system and mobile is achieved by the WebSocket mechanism based on the design of WIFI driver and the selection of WIFI Access Point. Web front-end UI is implemented by HTML5and jQuery Mobile. The system is integrated by Boost. Python. Testing and running results show that, the system reaches the design requirement. |
