ABSTRACT:The social development makes the city more and more large scale, population is getting more and more crowded, thus causing serious traffic congestion, environmental degradation and resource advance consumption. In the process of solving the problem of city, track traffic to its large capacity, fast speed, security, punctuality, Protect environment, saving energy and land features to get the recognition of the world. High speed railway and general speed railway consists ofrail transit system between the city; Subway and the diameter line is composed of the inner city rail transportation system. In order to satisfy the people’s demand for convenience, subway and railway seamless transfer has become behoove. To seamless transfer, the subway crossing the railway will be difficult to avoid. The construction of Subway will have an impact on the safety of operations to the exiting railway. Therefore, the analysis of metro shield tunneling effects on existing lines, and understand the impact of the characteristics and variability law, summarize the successful experience in construction, can provide reference for similar projects.This paper based on the project that one subway shield crossing Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway and Diameter underground line, using numerical simulation method, combined with monitoring data, analysis and summary of the deformation characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway and Diameter underground line;Summary of construction experience. Through the comparative and analysis of deformation features of existing railway in different construction parameters and construction schemes, provide recommendations for construction control.provide reference for the construction of similar projects. Research work carried out in this paper is as follows:(1) Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, establish the3D stratum structure model, calculate the impact of construction on the shield through Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway and Diameter underground line, provide for the construction control index. According to the monitoring data, research the deformation law of the existing railway, summarizes the construction experience.(2) Comparative analysis of different construction scheme, different shield parameters influence on the track and structure, provide reference for the engineering to select the most reasonable construction program when restricted construction conditions, provide reference for similar projects.
