With the continuous development of science and technology,high voltage andlarge capacity motor has been widely applied. As the core of the inverter, power unitselecting the appropriate switch device in high voltage level is very important.IGBT has obvious advantages in many aspects. Now if using one IGBT, the value ofvoltage and current is not up to the requirements. So the unit cascaded high-voltageinverter and the IGBT series high voltage inverter are widely used in differentoccasions. The high-voltage inverter by using the vector control has higher responserate, has the more rapid, accurate work and the torque response is better. So the highvoltage inverter has broad space for development. High-voltage inverter vectorcontrol technology and IGBT series voltage equalizing technology are the hotspot inpower electronics field.This dissertation explained the high-voltage inverter vector control strategy,establish mathematical model and deeply research of the voltage space vectormodulation technology (SVPWM). Then set up the Matlab simulation model, andconduct simulation study. Next comparison and analysis several of IGBT seriespressure tactics. And research on the tactics of IGBT active series pressure voltageon gate side. Then conduct simulation studying.At last this subject build a prototype of2kW using PIC18F2331as the corecontrol chip, and using the vector control strategy. The power part adoptsIGBT gate side active voltage sharing mode. And detailed expound the functionand structure of each part of the software and hardware system. The experimentalresults show that the system has high control precision and good voltage-sharingcharacteristic, can meet the needs of this study. |
