The hydraulic pipe system of aero-engine is an important part of accessories device on aero-engine. Most of the aircraft fault is caused by aircraft engine failure, and one of the main reasons for engine failure is sudden rupture of the hydraulic pipe of aero-engine, that is inex-tricably linked with the vibration of the pip system. So the Study on vibration mechanism of hydraulic pipe system of aero-engine is mainly studied from the coupling vibration in this paper, so as to provide theoretical support for setting up a set of perfect fault prediction and fault diagnosis technology, and finally constructing an experts system of hydraulic pipe sys-tem which is composed of vibration condition monitoring, fault analysis, trend analysis and maintenance decisionThe research content of the paper is the hydraulic pipeline system of accessories device on aero-engine for object, the coupling vibration mechanism analysis between casing and tubing, between the transmission fluid and the pipe. Ultimately the purpose of this study is to clear the coupling vibration mechanism of hydraulic pipe system of aero-engine so that It can provide theoretical support for further establishing comprehensive hydraulic pipe system vi-bration fault model sets which will eventually provide a reference for typical vibration failure analysis, troubleshooting, and vibration control of hydraulic pipe system of aero-engine In this paper, the Newton method based on Alembert principle, using the Euler-Bernoulli (Euler) beam theory, according to the center line that can elongation derived the mathematical model of the nonlinear vibration of the pipe system under the combined effects of pulsatile flow and the basis of simple harmonic motion motivate, and then based on the perturbation method and Galerkin method for the solution of the piping system and vibration characteristic analysis. Use Mathematica and Matlab software to do numerical simulation, studied that the inherent characteristics, the dynamic stability and nonlinear dynamic response change with different parameters diversification.It is better consistent that this paper gets part of the conclusion and with present study quite mature flow pipe flow solid coupling vibration result. To some extent explain the ratio- nality of the model used in this article. So that provides the basis for the further research vi-bration mechanism and troubleshooting of hydraulic pipe system of aero-engine. Eventually for the optimization design of the hydraulic pipe system of aero-engine provides a reliable theoretical reference.
