Un-cooled Infrared off-axis three-mirror system is usually used in space optics and remote sensing owing to its merits of large aperture, no chromatic aberration and no center block. This system is small, light and insensitive to air pressure and temperature. It is also outstanding in the ability of anti-interference and it can work all day. Therefore, researching this system is a very meaningful work.Through the study on the structural features and aberration characteristics of the off-axis three-mirror optical system, A Un-cooled Infrared off-axis three-mirror system is designed with focal length of300mm, F-number of2and field of view12mm×16mm.This system matches the long wave infrared detector with Pixel Numbers of640x480and Pixel Size of25μm. MTF of the system for15fields at the frequency of201p/mm is above0.45.We correct aberration further by applying the optical free-form surface formulated by XY polynomial to achieve Better imaging quality in this paper.
