To have a higher load capacity, the most effective way is to use the hydrodynamic lubricating bearing.A hydrodynamic lubricating fluid bearing has a continuous film forming on the surfaces of the relative moving surfaces.The relative moving of the two surfaces makes the fluid film have carrying capacity which can fully separate the two surface so that the friction between two solid surfaces is transformmed to internal friction of the lubricatiy fluid.In that way,the friction coefficient is decreased and wearing is eliminated. Therefore, to optimize the shape of the shaft surface Wawa improve the carrying capacity for sliding bearings, bearing lubrication properties and extend the life of great significance.Firstly, the research method thrust bearings find a theoretical basis for the principle of hydrodynamic lubrication elaborate, and then select the research methods of numerical simulation, three-dimensional CAD software application bearing UG and CATIA build simulation models, and use pre-processing module of ANSYS Workbench model processing, meshing, set the boundary conditions. The finite element model after meshing into FLUENT software, the model established numerical analysis, capacity analysis and lubrication properties, while the lubricating properties of sine wave contrast slope tile bearing surface of the bearing. By changing different parameters to analyze the pressure distribution under the influence of surface-watt sine wave and the different speeds of the bearing oil film bearing capacity.
