Fatigue performances of loading axle system as the core part of cantilever car wheel dynamic bending fatigue testing machine are analysed. The mechanical model of loading axle system is established and its force situation is theoretically analysed and numerically calculated. The possibilities of resonance and half frequency vibration of testing machine are analysed. The fatigue tool of the static analysis in the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench is used to operate the fatigue life of loading axle system, and the operation results show that the loading axle system conforms to the operating requirements of design.The dynamic performances of this system are analysed in this text. Compare the results got from modal analysis to the frequency signal acquired from the test machine when it’s working, it turns out that there is no possibility of resonance to occur on test machine, but it is possible for half frequency vibration to appear; select the plane stress circle which is close to fixed end position of load axle as test index, and then conduct numerical simulation and experimental research. Compare the data of plane stress circle got from test machine to those got from the finite element harmonic response analysis, we firmly believe that the results of finite element fatigue life analysis are correct.
