As the national defense modernization process, a large number of new and high technology applied to weapons systems, make its structure more complicated. Weapon systems fault diagnosis difficulty increasing at the same time, the traditional equipment technical support capability is faced with change. Missile weapon system has the characteristics of high precision, high stability, strong maneuverability. There is a important problem in the process of technical support needed to resolve, which is how to rapid and accurate detection fault.The topic of this research is to develop The CAMAC Board Detector。The instrument has the capability in fast detecting and positioning the fault location on a CAMAC equipment. From the analysis of the Detection scheme, the dissertation detailed introduces the software and hardware design of CAMAC instrument.The innovation of this thesis is to receach the following three technical:1, Through the analysis of hot-swap technology characteristic, the design of power control circuit, signal isolation circuit and hot-swap driver program, simplifies the testing process, and improves the usefulness of the instrument;2,On CAMAC bus protocol specification, design bus timing simulation control circuit and Bus control driver;3, Through the analysis of signal electrical characteristics of the measured module,the design of high voltage IF carrier signal source circuit simplifies the circuit complexity.In the development of the CAMAC board detector, there are several key technologies needed for special test equipment have been innovated. Moreover,this instrument successfully solved several problems of the low efficiency of system testing equipment and complex operation in CAMAC board detector.
