| Power system stability and adequate supply of electric power is very important to the development of economy and society. Power network planning is a complicated system engineering, which plays a vital role in the construction and development of power system. In order to make predictive analysis on power network, keep informed of future construction and development, and enhance the management level, a comprehensive evaluation should be carried out on the network planning. Thus, the paper did research on the problem of comprehensive evaluation of distribution network planning as follows:An evaluation index system applicable to distribution network planning is established based on current research of network planning comprehensive evaluation and the actual characteristic of distribution network. The index system is formed by four aspects:power supply coordination, developing adaptation, economy, security and reliability. Based on analytic hierarchy process, four layers are defined, which are general objective layer, criteria layer, sub-criteria layer and measure layer. Each index in measure layer has detailed definition and description.With further research and promotion, the effect of micro-grid on economy, reliability and environment influence need to be considered. A comprehensive evaluation index system for micro-grid is also established, which comes to be a part of the index system above.AHP-Delphi Method is proposed for the index weight configuration. Judgment matrix is applied in grading index of measure layer. A final evaluation result will be promoted layer by layer based on the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model.The research on comprehensive evaluation system of distribution network planning is verified to be effective and reasonable by a network planning example. |
