Now the social environment is getting worse, pollution is getting worse, the mostobvious is the current fog and haze, a large part of the reason is the excessive consumptionof conventional energy. Our traditional energy is rapidly reduced, there are a lot of peoplecan not get a normal supply of energy resources in some places. At this critical moment, inorder to find renewable energy sources to change the current situation of shortage ofresources and serious pollution, to build a harmonious and sustainable development goals ofgreen homes, almost all countries have put the focus on the discovery of renewable greenenergy. Because solar energy without any pollution to the environment and also the basicrecycle cost is relatively low, basically be inexhaustible. So the endless solar energy isvalued by people, people focus on the development and utilization resource, an energyefficient solar energy collection device have become a very important social issue.This paper presents a manual automatic integration novel solar panel monitoring andcontrol system to improve the efficiency of solar energy. In order to effectively solve thecollection efficiency of the solar panels caused by insufficient monitoring data, we haveintroduced a number of monitoring sensor modules in the system. Also, adding the centralcore of the system to deal with the statistical analysis of the various sensor data, and joinedthe computer PC program to display multiple monitor results, so that count and display theresults at real-time, user-friendly and timely understanding solar panel work status, andusers can change the panel position, adjust the position of the solar panel, truly realize themanual automatic integration design. The most important feature of this design is: remotemonitoring the data of solar panel at real time, developing a monitoring platform forreal-time monitoring and also remotely controlled, also can control manually in the field ofsolar panels, to achieve the maximum efficiency of solar energy utilization technology. The new solar panel monitoring and control system is divided into a central processormodule, sensor monitoring module, serial communication module, PC data monitoringmodule, power supply module. The sensor monitoring module includes a temperaturesensor module, light intensity sensor module, photosensitive resistor comparator circuitmodule and tilt sensor module; the controls include manual control and automatic control.This article includes the software program and the hardware design, not only to test thereliability of the overall performance of the equipment, but also anti-jamming capability ofthe system to carry out a preliminary assessment. The results obtained that the solar panelsmanual automatic integration monitoring and control system has achieved the preliminaryrequirement.
