In winter, snow area is larger in our country. Cleaning ice and snow has always been abig problem to study in China. The main reason is that snow and ice physical propertieschange is bigger, such as density and hardness; Road ice contains many impurities content, soit is difficult to measure the features of the ice mixture. In our country, deicing mechanicaldevelopment is later. Technology is relatively lager behind developed countries. In this paper,Small de-icing device designed is mainly used in airports, clear campus and park in which isnot wide or higher cleaning road.In this article, through referencing to many patent projects and understanding of deicingmachinery in domestic and overseas, we had made parameter optimization for Small deicingvehicle. The main research as follows:(1) This paper briefly introduces the development history of deicing mechanical,summarized the deicing mechanical meaning, and discusses the development situation ofdomestic machinery.(2) We main reference to the snow date of Japan and Russia, which similar to the snowof china. According to the density of ice and snow, we have classified ice and snow. We havediscussed the factors of influencing the pavement of snow and ice, and analyzed thecorrelation coefficient of compressive performance and shear performance of ice and snow.(3) Analysis of the performance of the small clear snow machines and Design the wholestructure. We summarized the deicing component performance parameters, selected theengine model, and designed the whole structure of small deicing vehicle. Deicingcomponents is designed with selecting the parameters; Also analyzing the working stress ofrolling stone, and calculating traction balance and power balance of the vehicle Cal.(4) Analyze the deicing principle of rolling stone. This paper mainly studies the principleof single tool for removing snow and ice on rolling stone.To establish a single pole ice model,and detail the working process of the single tool. Analyzing the stress of the Knives’ front faceand back face, calculated the resistance of a single tool, and analyzed the working resistance of the whole rolling stone.(5)Do the finite element analysis on an lap deicing tool. Through the simulationanalysis, to compare the different installation Angle of the cutting tool ’s results,and selectthe most beneficial angle to tool which is best to clearing ice, as the best installation Angle.
