This dissertation research and design a kinetic parameters,measuring device in theguidance of the stored testing and measuring system design theory. The design process strictlyfellows the aerospace common standards and six-designing principles. The measuring deviceis mainly used in the ejection trial of missile, complete the measuring task for multi-channeldynamic kinetic parameters in trial process, ultimately recovery the testing data and performthe necessary data processing.This dissertation first introduces the research background, meaning and purpose, andthen introduces the present developing situation of the stored testing and measuringtechnology. In this dissertation describe the composition and function of the measuring systembased on the technical requirements of the measuring system, and propose the macro-designprinciples to be followed in the design process. Finally, propose the design principle andintroduce the composition and working modes of the data recorder in detail. The articlemainly discusses the hardware circuit design, control logic design, research and analysis ofthe conditioning for critical signals and the system functional testing and verification.Hardware design section introduces the interface protection, AD acquisition control andreliable power supply circuit design. The control logic section detail introduce the analog anddigital hybrid framing techniques, frame structure writing skills, FIFO design in chip and theoperational process and timing relationships of FLASH. The key signal conditioning researchand analysis focuses on the measuring principle for the key testing signal and the design ofthe amplification and filtering conditioning circuits. And specifically introduces thecomponents selection of the conditioning circuits and the setting method of the specificparameter. The system performance testing and verification section introduces the functionaltesting and environmental adaptability experiments of the measuring device. And analyze andintroduce the system calibration and sensor verification methods.The measuring device has been successfully applied to an ejection trial and favorablyrecovery the testing data.
