With the development of industry and the progress of science andtechnology, People have more demand of power wireless transmission.Wirelesspower transmission technology is that electrical equipment gain electric energyby non-contact way.Compared with the traditional power supply mode with wire, power wireless transmission have features of more safety and more convenience.Wireless power transfer based on coupled magnetic resonances is a newpower transmission technology in recent years. Compared with electromagneticwave transmission mode, it has the advantage of crossing obstacle; Comparedwith electromagnetic induction transmission mode, it has the advantage of farthertransmission distance. At first, this paper studied the principle of wireless power transfer based oncoupled magnetic resonances, and the equation and criterion the transmissionprocess followed. This paper expounds the parameters’ physical meaning ofcoupled magnetic resonances system, such as inductance, mutual inductance, resonance frequency and quality factor, according to the model of power wirelesstransfer based on coupled magnetic resonances. Next, take both of the transmitcoil and the receiver coil are LC series circuit as an example, receiver coil are LCseries circuit as an example, this paper analyzes the power transmissionefficiency.Based on the electromagnetic field theory, the paper established the modelof cylindrical current-carrying coil, and carried out the current-carrying coilsimulation with the finite element software of ANSYS and analyzed the effect ofgenerating magnetic flux density that coil diameter, wire diameter, the number ofturns of the coil, the coil height and other parameters take on the coil. This will become the theoretical basis of next step for the establishment of wirelesspower transfer system based on couped magnetic resonance. In order to increasethe magnetic flux density that the coil generates, and transfer more power to thereceiving coil. The paper establishes the iron core with high permeability in thecoil model, simulated the effect of this model on producing magnetic flux density. This paper changed the core size and shape, and calculated the effect of coreheight, diameter(cylindrical core), shape about producing magnetic flux density.Based on the current-carrying coil simulation, the paper established thewireless power transfer system, include the designing of drive circuit, highfrequency inverter circuit and resonant circuit, and debugging the circuit board. Finally, experimental results showed the production of power transmissionsystem is successful, and the application about the theory is correct.
