With the rapid development of communication technology and the explosive growth of mobile devices, the network of intelligent district will be centered on IP multimedia which integrates the whole business, its bearing, network structure, terminal type, and its underlying profit model are undergoing a fundamental change. At the same time, information overload becomes a new problem. How to introduce a reasonable network structure with low cost and stable performance, to provide accurate information access for intelligent district users, becomes the focus of current research.This paper proposes an information push service platform in mobile intelligent district based on JXTA after a full investigation on the current situation of intelligent district network topology and push technology and a thorough analysis on their drawbacks. It introduces the overview of the key technologies involved, lays the foundation for the information push service platform, which is a highly integrated service platform implementing the combination, fusion and push of large amounts of information. And the platform introduces JPush technology as the solution of Android push. The main work includes the simulation of JXTA lookup strategy using JXTA-Sim, which is to evaluate the structure reliability of JXTA-based network; and a JXTA overlay network is designed with JXME under Android platform, which implements the basic JXTA functions like discovery, lookup and communication, and implements push function with JPush SDK and its remote API.Tests show that the information push service platform based on JXTA can provide stable and efficient search, lookup and communication service, not only satisfies the basic communication demand of users, but also satisfies them with a real time, accurate and stable information access.Future work could be focused on perfecting the JXTA network, and expanding on the architechture according to the requirements of intelligent district area property management, adding the billing module, user data management center, service center and other function modules such as monitoring service module. At the same time, push function can be enriched, to implement user-based, more targeted information push service based on collection and analysis of user behavior.
