Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the cost control, and it is necessary to save the cost of real estate development projects and expand the profits growth space in order to maximize the economic benefits for real estate enterprises and continually increase their market competitiveness as well as their market share. Cost control is a whole process control. With cost control as its center, it takes control measures of organization, technology, economy and contract to complete target in each stage, such as in decision-making, design, bidding, construction, completion etc. so as to reduce the total cost and reach the predetermined goal. This paper mainlytakes the cost control of a real estate development project as the research object, closely analyzes all key links of cost control in its project development process and points out its problems existing in each stage of cost control. On the basis of a combination of theory and case analysis, this paper puts forward some effective measures for the cost control of real estate development projects, reveals the great significance of high attention on cost control for the real estate development enterprises, and constructs the safeguard measures of a whole process, comprehensive control for real estate development projects, hoping to have a certain reference value of cost control for other real estate development projects. |
