Because of fouling organisms in seawater pipeline wall easily and seawater filter net attachedto the deposition, for the use of ultrasound technology can kill larval sea creatures to prevent itsgrowth through the filter into the water system, thus avoiding contamination of seawater pipelineblockage[1-2]. Aiming at controlling fouling CNOOC Offshore demand has been designed andimplemented ultrasonic automatic control system.Papers ultrasonic automatic control system in question consists of ultrasonic generator,ultrasonic vibration system, explosion-proof cabinets and configuration monitoring system. Papersoffshore platforms by analyzing the requirements of controlling fouling organisms, first designedthe ultrasound proof system, start the demand for single or multiple, were connected to the electricaldesign and control cabinet; then part of the demand for power and frequency ultrasonic vibrations,the choice the proper transducer and a transducer for this study was developed based STM32ultrasonic CNC generator; Finally, the demand for offshore platforms automatic ultrasonicmonitoring control system designed configuration interface, Modbus communication protocol basedon the basis of the real-time display of ultrasonic drive power data.This article is designed CNC ultrasonic generator (or called ultrasonic drive power)STMicroelectronics (ST) produced STM32series controller chips. Four main chip PWM wavegenerated by the drive circuit were driving four IGBT full bridge circuit, making the secondarytransformer-coupled high-frequency AC signal generated by the transducer input matching networkat both ends of driving its work. Internal drive power system uses ultrasonic intelligent multi-loopcontrol algorithm to achieve automatic frequency search and frequency tracking fine and accurate.Through experiments, designed an intelligent power control method even in the case of dramaticchanges in workload, but also to achieve a constant amplitude transducer, and the system built-inprotection circuits, improve system fault alarm mechanism and stable operation.Thesis work by setting different power and work by detecting the effect of ultrasound systemsto kill sea creatures to kill sea creatures seek the best ultrasonic power. Experimental results showthat the ultrasound while the paper is simple, economical in terms of controlling marine foulingorganisms, effective, environmental protection and other advantages. Therefore, the use ofultrasound technology experimental aspects of marine fouling organisms to carry great significanceand good development prospects.
