Nowadays, the road traffic congestion has been increasing a serious problem, the subway has become one of the most important means of transportation for the city, for its speediness, punctual characteristics, more and more people take the subway when they go out. And it can meet the needs of passengers and remit traffic pressure of the city. However, subway is a closed system with crowded people in it. In case fire and other urgent accidents happens, it will make a serious result, someone will even lose his life in it. So it is a very important issue to find out how to evacuate lots of people safely and effectively in the subway station.In this paper, there was an detail analysis of building construction and functional characteristics. It pointed out the principle factor which was the influence of evacuation.Summarized from the psychology, behavior and other aspects of people in the evacuation time.The evacuation model was on the Agent basis of human characteristics and human behavior modeling, which made using of Netlogo simulation software to make an urgent evacuation simulation test.During the test, people had been divided into different Agent groups, according to individual similarity of people and proposes the concept of coordinating Agent groups. It made an simulation and analysis results of independent escape, coordinating escape and when the export was limited, different number of people’s evacuation. The test showed us that coordinate type of people could make a positive influence on other people, so that it could improve the efficiency of safety evacuation. At last, according to the simulation results,it showed some possible suggestions about subway safety management, architectural design and safety propaganda and education etc.In a word, the research of the paper improves the efficiency of subway emergency evacuation. At the same time, it provides some reference value and practical experience for the following study.
