As the growing demand for energy in human society, people now pay more attention to the use of wind energy, solar energy, tidal energy and other renewable energy. However, the new wind energy, solar energy and other energy is volatility and intermittent. The power fluctuations that the new energy makes can be stabilized and can be provided the voltage and power support to the load when using the energy storage system and supporting the use of new energy power. In order to better paly the role of energy storage system, the new energy generation must be combined with the demand for the load and be controlled. This paper is applied for the generation of new energy storage system to carry out che control technology.In order to stabilize the power fluctuations in new energy power generation, this paper use the lithium batteries and super capacitor energy storage system and deeply analysis of the complex storage system control strategy through the simplified mathematical model of the system, include the energy distribution and control systems. In order to meet the different power generation, energy storage element and load demand, this paper has used three different control schemes and compared and clearly applicable conditions and scope of the various programs.The influence of the state of the charge of the energy storage effects (SOC) can not be considered in the energy distribution of the energy storage system in a complex. So it can bring serious harm to the energy storage element and load in extreme cases. For this, this paper presents a storage component-based SOC improved control strategies to improve the operating range of complex energy storage.This paper, using Matlab/Simulink software, the new energy power generation unit and a composite energy system is modeled, including energy storage system respectively with three kinds of control scheme. The simulation result verify the correctness and effectiveness of the control strategy. The improved control strategy has also be simulinked, the results show that the improved control strategy can effectively prevent the energy storage element overcharge and over discharge phenomenon and prolong the service life of the energy storage element.
