In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of existing pipeline coatingtechnology and equipment to detect a comparative analysis, combined with years ofpractical work, and after testing the safety and economic factors into account, propose along-distance natural gas pipeline through external detection integrated technologysolutions. According to the requirements of the relevant standards, proposed specificprojects outside the direct long-distance gas pipeline corrosion detection, thelong-distance gas pipeline outside the detection integrated technology solutions appliedto the study of long-distance gas pipeline full inspection work conclusions are asfollows:Through analysis, the proposed long-distance gas pipeline outside the detectionintegrated technology research programs can be well in line with long-distance pipelineperiodic inspection requirements, the program set a reasonable process, test data andhigh reliability, has many long-distance gas pipeline in the province on a regular basistest project applications engineering with good results, as long-distance gas pipelineperiodic inspection conclusions provide a reliable guarantee.For long-distance gas pipeline coating integrity evaluation, especially fordetermining the size and coating damage point of breakage point precise positioning,the dangers of a larger point to repair the damage, to ensure that the soil and the pipebetween the well insulation, improve the effect of cathodic protection, the use of theadvantages and disadvantages of the various inspection equipment, weaknesses, toovercome the limitations of detection methods and test equipment, integrated use of avariety of techniques methods used to improve the long-distance gas pipeline testingefficiency; through the overall average for long-distance gas pipeline inspection workoutside, cf existing external corrosion layer security grading quality evaluation criteria,through the analysis of the evolving along the pipeline and pipe ground can determinelong-distance gas pipeline coating quality status; pipeline cathodic protection systeminspected effect of objective and accurate evaluation to determine whether the pipelinecathodic protection system within the effective range of protection; after considering thesafety and economic factors, targeted choices do need to be excavated to repair thepipeline coating damage point excavation repair.
