With the rapid development of the global transportation, bridge construction has been playing an important role. The bridge with prestressed concrete box beam is one of the rapid development around the world. As taking analysis and calculation of trusses frames element rather than analyzing the spatial effect, the current bridge design will lead to the bridges arising crack during bridge construction and operation. This paper does some research on the analysis of the prestressed effect based on the project of the Dadu River Bridge of Renmin road and Yanzi village. The context is organized as follows:1, After referring to relevant literatures, the paper delivers an introduction to the development and basic theory of prestressed concrete, as well as the development of large spanning prestressed box beam bridge.2, The paper gives some recommend on the mechanical behavior of the box girder, clarifies the the general theoretical method for box girder analysis, discusses the applicability of various analytical methods.3, With the use of MIDAS/CIVIL2010, a beam element structural model is established, to analyze the structure behavior of the bridge, including the bridge construction and operation. Further more, a whole bridge space simulation model is established with ANSYS to make a further analysis of the local structure behavior of the bridge, especially the tower-girder conglutination zone and the anchor structure.4, The effect of prestressed loss and the structure based on pipeline frictional coefficient, pipeline effecting coefficient, concrete shrinkage and creep, tensioning technology is made a analysis.5, The stress distribution on the critical cross sections with or without lateral and vertical prestressing is analyzed, meanwhile, the effect of stress distribution owing to the loss and distance of lateral and vertical prestressing.
