All over in recent years, with the continuous development of economy, the demand for ore, coal, bulk cargo wharf throughput continuously rapid growth, therefore, control of the terminal, management put forward higher request, usually wharf facilities limited resources, how to use of the limited resources of terminal equipment, efficient completion port loading and unloading operation, is a problem of each terminal.Lianyungang QiTai port250000tons of ore terminal, this paper transport control system project, and carry out the following aspects:(1) the dock transport control system analysis and design (2) the selection of the control system hardware and programming (3) the monitoring software of the control system analysis and implementation (4) control system of the concrete implementation. In this project, through the network control technology with the combination of PLC equipment implementation with the remote control station, belt machine, flap, wiper, loading machine, ship unloader, dou turbine equipment such as signal integration. At the same time, within the field is controlled by PC monitoring software intouch implements the central operator of terminal process monitoring of production process and equipment centralized control of the scene.The control system has been put into operation, in actual use process, can satisfy the demands of the owner to the wharf production process monitoring, improve the terminal handling operation ability, has obtained the corresponding economic benefits, has won the popularity of the owner.
