Hydraulic poppet valve, as an important basic component in Hydraulic Power Transmission and Control, is widely applied into hydraulic system, with excellent sealability and liquidity, swift response, simple structure, as well as the quality of anti-pollution. Although the poppet valve is not complicated in structure, the flow field in the valve is intricate. At the entrance of the valve, it is easy for the fluid to swirl and the speed to redistribute, which leads to cavitations and fluid noises; thus, this phenomenon creates a harmful influence and limitation to the efficient application of hydraulic poppet valve. Therefore, the simulation of hydraulic valve flow field and the research of cavitation develop as one of the hot valve topics, not only attracting popular attention, but also showing important academic value as well as realistic significance.In order to solve the cavitation problem from hydraulic poppet valve, the thesis makes a research on simplified outward-flow hydraulic poppet valve. With the numerical simulation tool of CFD flow field, the thesis takes a research on the influence of boundary condition and geometry parameter towards the hammer valve; besides, the thesis seeks reasonable boundary condition and structure parameter, for the purpose of reducing and inhibiting the frequency of cavitation; thus, the efficiency and working life of hydraulic poppet valve will be greatly improved. The thesis includes four parts.he thesis accomplishes the preliminary treatment of two-dimensional axis symmetry from hydraulic flow filed computational domain, with the tool of HyperMesh and ANSYS. The thesis creates a quantitative qulity index for HyperMesh to divide the grid.Combining the application of RNG k k-ε Turbulence Model, Cavitation Model and Double Wall Model, the thesis takes FLUENT to calculate and simulate the numerical value of hydraulic hammer valve flow field, resulting in the speed, stream line, pressure as well as the air volume ratio distribution after cavitation.From the perspective of application demand analysis, the thesis produces an overall design based on VB6.0hydraulic poppet valve flow field parameter emulation software, realizes the software development through detailed form design, and achieves the realistic effect. Through the approach of ANSYS and FLUENT manipulated by macro file APDL and Journal, the software succeeds in the preliminary process and flow field calculation for parametric hydraulic poppet valve analysis, develops an integrative high-speed simulation analysis platform, and improves the efficiency of design and analysis.
