It is very important to properly analyze the safety and reliability of parts of the machinery and equipment. Due to the complexity of the impact of external environment, the parts structure reliability model is inherently uncertain. Through the use of crack propagation theory for fracture failure mode, a part dynamic reliability model is established. With1.5MW wind turbine gearbox parts for the study, based on crack propagation theory, the rationality of parts dynamic reliability model is rational to analyze Mechanical properties.(1)The analysis of the reliability of the actual project application and development is Systematic exposited, how to establish the reliability method of conditions are described. Which are based on static the stress strange interference analysis. And the main factors affecting the reliability are analyzed to solving problems caused by reliability engineering. Detailed description of the reliability of the basic theoretical knowledge could make analysis of the variation of the stress and intensity between these two random variables more deeply, through combined with probability distribution functions and other mathematical theory, the dynamic reliability model of parts have a comprehensive description.(2)Through in-depth analysis of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material, found that the main factors affecting parts strength degradation is crack propagation, and then based on the crack propagation theory, a discrete amount of fracture strength degradation model based on the theory of crack propagation is built.(3)The dynamic reliability model of the part is established with strength degradation over time after the stress and strange interference model is analyzed, and Gamma random degradation processes characteristics is with a detailed discussion, The strength degradation is combined with dispersion amount of the continuous variation, and further a dynamic reliability model of degradation of strength from Gamma process is being described.(4)Through research with1.5MW wind turbine gearbox representative part and analyze random fatigue load spectrum and strength degradation, a model of random load distribution and strength degradation is established, based on the stress intensity interference model Dynamic Reliability model could show us some rules to analyze parts and develop its reliability.Fully considering uncertain situation of load of the gearbox part, based on performance of material, dynamic strength degradation reveal that part is how to change the value of reliability, which became a detailed theoretical basis to achieve optimal design of parts and maintenance program accurately.
