Tianshui area has the sufficient sunshine, strong solar radiation, temperature difference is bigger, relative humidity is higher, etc. The soil contains high sulfuric acid root ion such as erosion, In the area of concrete under severe salt erosion, environmental impact, alternating wet and dry environment function and freeze-thaw cycle exist serious problems of concrete durability. The research on the problem of durability in the region is of great significance for the tianshui area construction.In terms of concrete durability life prediction, the researchers based on chlorine salt corrosion, carbonation corrosion, concrete raw materials affect aspects have done a lot of work, but very few durability life prediction results based on sulfate attack. According to the actual situation of the Tianshui area, according to the variation of the damage degree of concreteevaluation of indoor and outdoor tests under the conditions of parameter variation tendency of seeking quick coefficient, using the accelerated tset prediction method to predict the lifetime prediction is less.This paper consider the actual situation of chaerhan Tianshui region and the requirements of rapid test, then design three test conditions about standard curing test conditions, indoor accelerated test and outdoor exposure test condition. Through the relative quality, relative dynamic elastic modulus and damage degree ω to study its durability, using the EDS, SEM and XRD to the component analysis and observe its microstructure, Prediction the life of concrete exposed to outdoors based on its variation of evaluation of the extent of damage parameter.The main research contents of this paper as follows:The first, in view of the region characteristics of Tianshui area, To simulate the concrete practical engineering field environment and design rapid testing scheme indoor. At the same time the same mixture specimen will be exposed to choose good embedding location.The second, select the block relative quality evaluation parameters ω1, relative dynamic elastic modulus of evaluation parameters ω2and damage degree for performance analysis of the concrete, Come to a more realistic evaluation parameters.The third, studying the changes of mechanical properties of concrete exposed to the outdoors, using the EDS, SEM and XRD to the component analysis and observe its microstructure.The fourth, according to the actual situation of the accelerated testing and concrete damage evaluation parameters ω, Design life prediction parameter μ, preliminary design a simple method of life prediction to predict the preliminary life of the concrete exposed to Tianshui area.The last, select an undetroyed test block after the destruction of drying-wetting cycle, be exposed to the outdoors, try to predict the remaining life of the block.
