The swaying platform provides the experimental conditions for the inclination and swing test of ship equipments, in which to study the effects of the incline and swing on operating states of ship equipments. The rigidity and strength test of ship equipments under the inclination and swing condition could be accomplished, form which to find out the week zone, optimize structure design, obtain the optimization of rigidity and weight, lower the reserch risk, reduce time consumed for development, avoid the risk of operation after equipped, provide platform for the reliability growth test, and provide reference for the check of ship equipments.The software ADAMS is extensive used in dynamic simulation of mechanical system. In this paper, co-simulation is achieved which based on ADAMS and MATLAB, the virtual dynamic model of2-axis simulation platform is analysed. The study in this paper is practial and important for improving precision of2-axis optical tracking platform and all the servo control system of motor-driven simulation platform.In this paper, firstly, the components of swaying platform were expounded, the simulation model of swaying platform were established by use of Solidworks software, from which the mass parameters is obtained, which can provide reference for further study of swaying platform.The swaying platform is a servo control system, in this paper, based on the data of simulation model and the requirement of systematic performance, by use of the theories of control and the empirical formulas, including the multi loop linearization design theory of control, the mathematical model of control system is constructed.The co-simulation method of ADAMS/Controls is introduced in this text, then built the control model in MATLAB/Simulink, couple with the mechanical system of ADAMS, the co-simulation of electromechanical system is achieved, which provide reference for study and design of swaying platform through a series of tests.
