Study On The Inventory Routing Problems Of Dalian Import LNG Project

As the growth of China’s economy increases, the demand of the LNG is also rising.In order to solve this, many coastal port LNG terminal are under construction, Dalian LNG terminal project is one of these.This article is about the inventory routing problem (IRP)from the perspective of the Dalian LNG project. As this problem casuses the high cost of LNG supply chain logistics system, and how to achieve efficient allocation of natural resources and logistics costs between LNG importing and exporting countries effectively,is must be solved. The paper is devoted to study the IRP exists for Dalian to optimize the entire supply chain and reduce the price of LNG.By the study of domestic and offshore LNG IRP we found that many foreign scholars have studied this issue, and achieved certain results,but in the domestic aspects neither in the theoretical research nor in practical application are relatively weak. Therefore, in-depth study on Case of Dalian LNG IRP as the research objectives, research contents from the following aspects.Firstly, analyze and summarize the literature abroad and clearly inadequate Characteristics of LNG IRP. And compared with other types of maritime cargo transport modes, LNG maritime IRP under conditions such as fixed routes research directions. Secondly, the background based on international environment of the Dalian LNG imports,is not only taking into account the impact of changes for LNG inventory path planning, but also the impact of domestic LNG project construction process.Then the main aspects of this problem will be analyzed, combined with the characteristics of the Dalian LNG marine transportation inventory, IRP is described to build integer programming model. On the basis of relevant assumptions, establishe the objective function to make minimum total cost, and based on the presence of specific projects needed assumptions solving the optimal planning. After collecting a lot of data, applications lingo11solving the model, and seek to achieve the optimal planning in line with the target function.
