Now we are facing with two problems,energy depletion and environmental pollution.However,solar energy is widely used in production and life.Because it is clean,generally,large and long.Usually solar water heating system can provide40-60℃hot water.Now single solar water heater is the first choice for urban and rural people for their living hot water.But when the solar energy is not enough,such as in rainy day and night,and how to effectively store solar energy has become a weak link in solar energy use.In this paper,a new kind thermal stratified storage tank is proposed.The problems such as system slow strat and has less available energy to use in central solar heating system can be solved to a certain extent,enables the collector working in efficient condition for a long time.In this paper,a new type of temperature stratification heat storage device is designed which can used as a heat transfer device for solar energy heating water system.Layered heat exchange device for heat storing, through heat exchange device to avoid destroy the internal environment of heat storage water tank.There is a highly temperature stratification formed in the stroagy tank through stratified heat exchange.A solar heat collection, thermal storage and heat supply system is established.At the same time,it has a completely computer data collect and monitoring system and the operating parameters of the solar system can be real-time collect. The experimental research of solar heat collection,heat exchange and thermal storage was carried out.Experiments about thermal stratified storage tank are did in this paper.Through13days real-time monitoring of the charging processof heat storage tank and analysis results show that the temperature difference in the tank first increased and reaching the highest gradually then reduced.Their is a temperature difference in the heat storage water tank in range of15-30℃and the maximum temperature difference can up to26.7℃.Compared with traditinal heat storage system,the thermal stratified system is startup faster1day and available energy is higher105.45MJ.The experimental analysis was carried out on the water tank’s insulation and results show that its performance is good.Experimental research about a kink of heat pipe vacuum solar collector efficiency under different inlet temperature are carried out in this paper.When the solar radiation is700±50MJ and the solar collector inlet temperature is10℃,20℃respectively until80℃,the efficiency of the solar collector decreased with the inlet temperature rise.The maximum efficiency of the solar collector can up to65%and its efficiency is37%when the inlet temperature is80℃.Experimental research about the solar collector efficiency of the thermal stratified storage system during charging process are carried out.Compared with theoretical calculation solar collector efficiency of the traditinal heat storage system.Results show that the solar collector efficiency of the thermal stratified storage system is higher1%~6.5%during charging process and the solar collector can keep running at high efficiency.
