The construction of the subway will inevitably effect on thesurrounding roads,pipelines, buildings, green space and other facilities of ground.Especially the construction of subway station, the subway station excavation scopelarge, construction sequence, on the formation of frequent disturbance, can cause arange of stratigraphic subsidence excavation. If the ground settlement is too largeand not get effective control, may lead to pipeline rupture, pavement cracks, collapse,impact of road traffic operation, uneven settlement of buildings. Therefore, duringthe process of subway station construction, how to predict the key link ofconstruction and construction process of maximum disturbance to the ground, putforward reasonable solutions and improvement measures, ensure the constructionsafe and efficient, the station construction on roads and buildings surroundingpipelines, down to a minimum while ensuring economic saving and reasonable hasimportant practical significance. In view of the above problems based on the subwaytransfer station of Changchun Jiefang road project determine the contents of theresearch as follows:1) Numerical simulation of CRD construction method for excavation of subwayair channel, the whole process simulation, analysis of each construction step for theentire project, find out the key links in construction and dangerous point, proposesthe reasonable solution. Analysis on two different excavation sequence optimization,find out the most reasonable excavation sequence. According to the comparison ofsimulation results with the completed part of the monitoring data, predict after thesequence of construction steps.2) Numerical simulation on the construction of PBA method. Compare the4kinds of small pilot different excavation sequence, optimal excavation scheme. Theexcavation of the whole process simulation, analysis of each construction step for theentire project, find out the key links in construction and dangerous point, proposesthe reasonable solution. According to the comparison of simulation results with the completed part of the monitoring data, predict after the sequence of constructionsteps.3) Research of subway entrance construction under the fire water tank, JiefangRoad Station No.4entrance through Unicom building and traffic bank public fireprotection water tank, entrance constructed under through construction of greatdanger, need to take effective reinforcement measures. The paper focus on influencebetween the water storage capacity and the entrance construction, and use theanalytic hierarchy process to optimize various construction schemes, find out themost suitable construction scheme, to guide the practical engineering. |
