The purpose of this paper is to solve the load frequency control problem of regional power grid and the coordination optimization method. By using disturbance rejection controller on the system frequency control, then put forward two quadratic performance index of feedback parameters on the non-linear active disturbance rejection controller based on optimize the real-time tuning. Combined with the actual situation of power grid has many kinds of energy, on hydropower and thermal power to save energy as the targets of coordinated control.The main content of this paper is the first step according to the frequency character of the power system analysis. In the experience of previous studies on the basis of summarizing problems on current load frequency control The ADRC is selected in this paper, the history of the development of control theory ADRC developed from the classic PID controller. Thus ADRC controller has the advantages of PID controller. At the same time, to avoid the unreasonable calculation error of the PID controller in the development process.
