The molding automation technology of hull plate ship machining can be improve accuracy and efficiency,which meets the actual needs.The technology of three-dimensio-nal molding surface is used to Bending deformation of the3D point cloud data, which provides comprehensive, intuitive and accurate real-time information about bending deformations.This is the hot topics of hull plates automated processing technology research today. Because of the plate is too large and much redundant data, reading and processing three-dimensional coordinates of the point cloud spend lots of time,so the computer always be in freeze state.To solve the above problems, three-dimensional point cloud reconstruction molding process technology can be studies in this paper.On the basis of early research results, further research and can be implemented automatic detection of surface deformation and forming surface in processing by computerThe main content of this article is the issues of research and implementation of the hull bending scattered point cloud reconstruction process. The main work includes:1.For quantity of scattered point cloud data of large hull plate, k-neighbor-hood quick search method is used to establish the topological relation between point cloud, space division point cloud data, to estimate the local characteristic value curvature and space vector of point cloud, Preprocess the point cloud, including point cloud denoising, point cloud to streamline,smooth point cloud such as technology;2.For the plate surface deformation of hull in real-time detection and efficient3d reconstruction is proposed space subdivision and feature curvature fusion of streamline algorithm.Through the subdivision rules of k-d tree cut three-dimensional,point cloud data space is divided into different levels, the so-called leaf nodes, layer upon layer the recursive form tree data model.In each leaf node space, respectively calculated using the k-neighborhood curvature estimation to get feature curvature information of point cloud, set the adjustable curvature threshold. According to the threshold of the same data source, point cloud data is divided into the areas of different curvature size and use different corresponding algorithm to realize surface reconstruction as keeping the basic features of surface;3.There is the problem of distortion after simplification and denoising processing of point cloud data, according to the curvature threshold partition area, using different smoothing algorithm, can be achieved very good smoothing effect of point cloud data;4.Based on the issues of point cloud to streamline and de-noising treated of point cloud data distortion, proposed a retention feature information scattered point cloud to streamline and smoothing algorithm research.5.From NURBS curve fitting data to NURBS surface reconstruction, first of all, filter and simplify the point cloud data,reverse calculate control points of NURBS, calculate node vector, the number and the node value of each NURBS curve, accurate fitting out complete NURBS surface.The main topic for the ship hull plate surface deformation detection and real-time three-dimensional reconstruction requirements, streamline algorithm proposed subdivisi-on and features of the curvature of space-level integration. And smoothing algorithm for different regions with different characteristics of curvature can be very good to keep the geometric characteristics of information, which has a strong ability to adjust.Experimen-tal results show that he algorithm ensure curved surface reconstruction and good effect of scattered point cloud is smooth and improve the level of vessel processing automation operation and improve the efficiency of the curved surface reconstruction on the basis of greatly reduced the number of point cloud surface,which play a positive role to the development of shipping industry and the popularization and application value are significant.
