Benefits in the rapid development of power electronic devices and control technology, makes the application of the motor is more and more convenient and accurate, adapted to the higher requirements and standards of the motor performance put forwarded by production reality. At the same time, the motor test technology become more intelligent, more energy efficient, more reliable and accurate for the development of power electronic technology. The motor testing system based on energy feedback unit narrated in this article, used a well mechanical properties asynchronous motor as a dynamometer device. The integrated application of power electronic converter technology, asynchronous motor direct torque control technology, etc. It can not only return energy power to grid, reduce the energy consumption of equipment, then reducing energy cost and equipment cost, but also adapting to a variety of engine configuration test potential. Therefore, researching on the energy feedback type asynchronous dynamometer motor test system has theoretical significance and practical value.This paper make an intensive study about developing situation, trends and energy feedback technology, basically fulfills the building of platform of motor test. It contains the following content:1. Offering guidance to build a steady Dynamometer System by analyzing Dynamometer Principle of test platform, and steady under different working conditions of asynchronous motor.2. Mathematical modeling of each component; build up voltage equation, linkage equation, equations of motion, torque equations of asynchronous motor base on the three-phase coordinates and two-phase static coordinate system; build up mathematical model and voltage space vector of inverter; set up control mode of direct torque control on asynchronous motor; build up the basic mathematical model of energy feedback unit, complete the theoretical analysis of single phase locked loop technology based on virtual two phase. And on this basis, using Matlab/Simulink to complete build up the whole computer simulation model and simulation test. 3. Setting up energy feedback unit based on TMS320F28335, this unit have a large developing space due to powerful performance of DSP. Software control segment completed the virtual two phase of single phase locked loop and voltage by delay current controllers. And on this basis, setting up test platform of motor by integrating inverter and relative power meters.4. Getting voltage and current waveform by analyzing stability test of energy feedback unit, as a proof of that energy feedback unit is able to be operated steadily under experimental conditions. At the same time, completed the load test and locked-rotor test on the motor test platform.The system on this thesis have theoretical feasibility and practice feasibility is proven by testing, meanwhile, in order to better promote of it, it is necessary to have a further research and development of all aspect of this system.
