Steel fiber reinforced rubber modified concrete is developed in recent years a new type of concrete composite materials. The rubber powder mixed with concrete, can improve the deformation capacity of concrete and toughness, improve the dynamic performance of concrete, and can reduce a large number of waste tires pollution to the environment, realize the sustainable utilization of resources. But the addition of rubber powder will result in the decrease of strength of concrete. In steel fiber concrete has the crack resistance, the enhancement, toughening effect, especially for the fatigue resistance of concrete shock resistance is significantly improved. Distribution of steel fiber in the concrete form of the mixed type and layer type, including layer cloth type steel fiber reinforced concrete structure is a form of pavement structure with a higher price. Will be concrete, steel fiber mixed with rubber can effectively play a role of steel fiber modification of rubber concrete, and can reduce because of the addition of rubber powder, as a result of the decrease of strength of concrete, the influence of and to further improve the crack resistance and fatigue resistance of the rubber concrete shock resistance.This experiment adopts the150mm*150mm*550mm standard tm specimen, the strength grade as the C50concrete as substrate, making the whole mixed type of steel fiber reinforced rubber concrete (SFRRC) and layer type steel fiber reinforced rubber concrete (LSFRRC) a total of128specimens, including24is used as the static three point bending test,96used for fatigue test. Based on the research on steel fiber modified rubber fatigue resistance of concrete, for the purpose of through to the three stress levels, different dosage and different distribution forms steel fiber modification of steel fiber reinforced rubber concrete fatigue test of trabecular, explore the steel fiber reinforced rubber modified concrete under circulating load of trabecular probability distribution of fatigue life, fatigue and fatigue damage evolution rule. This article mainly to the following conclusion:(1) under different stress level S, determination of the fatigue life of the steel fiber modified rubber concrete, and draw the SFRRC and LSFRRC strain fatigue life curve.(2) the fatigue life of steel fiber reinforced rubber modified concrete and conform to the weibull distribution and lognormal distribution; SFRRC more in line with the weibull distribution, LSFRRC more in line with the logarithmic normal distribution; Set up in the failure probability of0.5steel fiber modified rubber concrete fatigue life equation.(3) under different stress level S, found that the fatigue damage evolution process of steel fiber reinforced rubber modified concrete and the crack propagation process can be divided into three stages, and each stage to do the fatigue damage analysis, for the destruction of concrete to make a reasonable explanation.
