With the socio-economic development to accelerate the development of road transport,it is also increasing the demand for car.The increase in the expansion of the car toaccelerate a lot of social problems, such as traffic jams, road traffic accidents, energyshortage and environmental pollution. Introduction to the "intelligent transportationsystems"(ITS) put forward a new idea to improve the traffic problems, and solve the sharpcontradictions. The development and application of networking in intelligent transportationsystems in the car, it is an important technical means of intelligent transportation.This paper first introduces the intelligent transportation system, the development of thestate of the domestic and foreign car networking and vehicle terminal. On this basis,vehicle networking applications, some key technologies such as positioning technology,radio frequency technology, remote data transmission, and CAN bus communicationprinciple introduced.The main goal of this research is the development of the intelligent vehicleinformation terminal equipment. For the hardware design, the idea of using a modulardesign, hardware design and software development complement each other, to adapt thehardware circuit design function. The core system chosen Infineon XC2267M control unit.The details of the GPS module, RFID module, GPRS module, acceleration module, and anexternal memory module and power supply circuit function and design. Tasking embeddeddevelopment platform for software design, the completion of the underlying code is written.Collecting various kinds of data through the CAN bus and the serial communication signalto create the multi-information fusion model data for analysis and processing of thesesignals, the processed data is transmitted to the remote control center at the same timedisplayed on the display device in the car. Achieve the function of the monitoring vehiclestate and an auxiliary driving.Hardware running in the debugging process is reliable, able to correctly identify theRFID tags, can quickly and accurately obtain location information, you can monitor vehicle operating status information displayed on the vehicle display terminal, andmonitoring data can be further processed and stored and sent to the remote control terminal.Entire vehicle terminal is designed to meet the design objectives and requirements.
