This paper uses allyl alcohol poly oxyethylene ether (APEG) and allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, respectively with maleic anhydride (MA) as the monomer, K2S2O8as theinitiator, distilled water as the solven, synthesis of P (APEG-co-MA) and P (TPEG-co-MA)by free radical polymerization under the65℃. Using gel permeation chromatographmeasurement allyl alcohol polyethylene glycol ether and maleic anhydride copolymercomposition, then uses F-R method, K-T method and YBR method for the calculation of thereactivity ratio by experimental data. The polymers were characterized by gel permeationchromatograph, under the condition of the low conversion rate, allyl alcohol poly oxyethylene ether with maleic anhydride competitive rate respectively r1=0.33090, r2=0.04761;methyl allyl alcohol poly oxyethylene ether with maleic anhydride competitive r2=0.56710,r1=0.23195, the activity of the characterization of the two monomers,shows that comparedwith maleic anhydride, allyl alcohol poly oxyethylene ether and methyl allyl alcohol poly oxyethylene ether easier tendency since the poly, basic don’t occur from poly maleic anhydride,by the activity of the horizontal and vertical contrast of two monomers, to have importantguiding significance to practical production.In this paper,analyzes the principle of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent, themolecular of structure design, with poly butadiene dilute acid anhydride and polyethyleneglycol monomethyl ether polymerization under laboratory conditions,and analyzes the waterreducing effect of water reducing agent;by means of orthogonal experimental design methodinvestigates the esterification reaction of acid alcohol functional groups mole ratio, reactiontemperature, catalyst, mix of solvent Intake and effect on the properties of poly carboxylicacid is a highly effective water reducing agent, ultimately determine the ideal response parameters.the study found that after purification by cooling settlement method, can greatlyimprove the dispersion performance of high efficiency water reducing agent of cementparticles, to has important guiding significance to practical production.
