| After the live-fire test was carried out on the rocket, the projectile flying process isreproduced according to the environment and obtained data based on the computer simulationplatform. The projectile flight simulation system based on virtual simulation technology canreproduce the location and flight condition at each moment in the process of flying projectileflight. This system make the rocket fly is clear so that researchers can clearly observe variouspossible factors. This provides an accurate and powerful theoretical basis to improve theoverall design of a rocket. The research cycle of the weapons is reduced, the developmentcost is save based on the effect of simulation. This can improve the performance of weaponbattle to provide technical means for weapon system test acceptance. It has great significanceto our country’s defense and security.The function, the development environment and characteristics of the LabVIEW,OpenGL and third-party software3d MAX software are briefly introduced. The keytechnology and the implementation method of simulation for projectile flight are given. Thesimple control rocket is chosen as the research object. A kind of attitude Angle test methodbased on combination of magnetometer/gyro is studied. Magnetic sensor has the advantagesof no cumulative error, small volume, low cost, high sensitivity, but has the limitations of cannot independently providing3d pose information. MEMS gyroscope is small in size, has highoverload resistance and it is measurement accuracy is higher, but it has the cumulative error.Both have advantages and disadvantages. But combination of the two can accurately measurethe roll Angle of an arrow.The virtual simulation platform based on the data such as attitude Angle is studied. Mainjob is choosing the data as a drive to determine the projectile and flight state of the trajectories. Then the3d MAX is used to scene modeling for three-dimensional object.Finally, the flight process of projectile is displayed in all aspects in the computer based on theLabVIEW software platform. |
