Geotextile has been widely used in hydraulic engineering because it can effectivelyprevent the penetration and seepage deformation of seepage overflow area. Geotextile’spermeability coefficient has big change that will under high pressure when we using it,so we must measure the geotextile’s permeability coefficient of pressurized conditions.In view of exciting problems of test equipment, this ar-ticle designs geotextile hydraulicconductivity tester, in order to improve the performance and avoid disadvantages,suchas hydraulic gradient has difficulties and low accuracy to adjust,normal pressure isuneven, pressuring process is not fast and accurate, sealed performance is poor andinstrument intelligentialize level is low and so on.The paper designs mechanical structure of hydraulic gradient adjusting and normalpressure loading by using precision mechanical design and engineering drawingsoftware. And designs the intelligent measuring system for pressure,flow rate and watertemperature by using modern technology such as sensor technology,computerprogramming languages and database.This instrument has stable and reliable performance and its mechanical structure hastested through theoretical validation.It can provide multiple hydraulic gradient by handwheel reducer regulating mechanism and achieve preload pressure with2kpa by springpressure device with back form. And this paper puts forward the design schemetheoretically to the silicon piezoresistive pressure measurement system and ultrasonictime difference method of small flow measurement system.This scheme designs tocontrol DS18B20to acquire temperature signal by Using singlechip microcomputer andto communicate with a PC through a serial port.And PC interface achieves the operatingfunctions like showing temperature,curving plotting and managing database by usingvisualbasic6.0to develope temperature monitoring system.Through simulative watertemperature measurement in the laboratory, This design will meet the requirement for itshign accurate. |
