Nowday, research about car’s acceleration slip regulation(ASR)has a big progress,but forengineering vehicles,it is obviously inadequate.In this field,relying on its excellentperformance,active limited slip differential is increasingly applied to acceleration slip regulation.This research selects ZL50loader as the object. On the basis of in-depth study of ordinarydifferential and the requirements for designing acceleration Slip Regulation of engineeringmachinery,adopting by the new reverse-flow type hydraulic active limited slip differential, thestudy was simulated in matlab/simulink, and verified that Global Positioning System(GPS)speed signal was suitable for vehicle anti-skid control at the same time.By consulting documents, GPS positioning system has achieved worldwide coverage, goodreliability, highly accuracy and versatility of data until now. It not only can satisfy the accuracynavigation, but also the measurement of carrier signal for satellite to achieve precise positioning.The speed signal of GPS, however, does not get enough attention. As to vehicles, it can provideall day long, high precision, fast measurement of the speed signal at a low cost. Via collectingreal GPS signal, this paper got the parsing of speed signal, then by means of EMD dataprocessing, got more real speed value, thereby theoretically verified that the signal could be usedto the control of ASR.On the other hand, Analyses the structure and properties of the new differential, makingsure it could be applied to loader working environment. Combined with working characteristicsof the engineering machinery and searching the related information, this paper worked withdifferential as the starting point, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the currently usedof ordinary differential and passive limited slip differential, finally designed and improved a newreverse-flow type hydraulic active limited slip differential.At the case of matlab/simulink, this paper established mathematical models of ZL50loaderengine、transmission system, limited slip differential, tire and so on. After ascertaining theparameters of initial condition for driving, taking reverse-flow type hydraulic active limited slipdifferential as the control object, the research selected fuzzy control of limited slip torque of differential as the strategy, then it brought conclusion of the vehicle in four-wheel drive underdifferent working conditions after simulation and analysis.The simulation results showed that the new type of reverse-flow type hydraulic activelimited slip differential worked good in controlling track slip of driving wheels, and it alsoproved the rationality of the structure parameters. Meanwhile, The established fuzzy controlalgorithm could quickly control the slip rate quickly so that the vehicle obtained a good dynamicperformance.
