Along with the rapid development of economy and technology in our country, various super-long large industrial and civil buildings have sprung up. Considering the artistic of building facade and the layout of mechanical and electrical, some buildings do not set expansion joints, what make the structure with no expansion joints beyond the limit of specification. Super long structure must through reasonable design and construction measures to achieve the goal of crack control.Although our country has a lot of engineering experience in terms of super-long structure, but the design method is far behind the engineering needs. At home and aborad, decipline and all kinds of books there is no recognized and perfect design. Finding a lot of specifications and materials, using the general finite element software Midas-Gen as analysis tool, chosing a strange shape of seasonal temperature difference transfinite structure under the action of the mechanical properties of research, to the temperature under the action of structure design provides a certain reference.The main research content includes: the paper introduces the research theory of temperature stress; General situation of the project of a super-long overrun structure was introduced and its structure under different conditions (except temperature conditions) of the mechanical properties is analyzed; Through the establishment of a common super-long concrete structure, super long structure under the effect of seasonal temperature difference of displacement and internal force of law; Combined with orthogonal experiment method, sorting out the various factors (such as stiffness, temperature and length, concrete strength grade and thickness, etc.) on the internal forces of the structure of temperature sensitivity; Considering the working condition of the temperature of the action of shrinkage and creep; Analysis of the structure under the effect of seasonal temperature difference of displacement and internal force of structure, and the important component of wide temperature internal force combination under the condition of internal force of cross-section, finally has carried on the structure of the project.
