With the rapid development of power electronic technology, the switch power supply becoming more higher frequency, smaller and efficient, so the module power arises at the historic moment. As a significant part of module power, the DC/DC modular power develop rapidly. The most function of DC/DC modular are transformer and stabilization, so they paly a very significant role in and plays an important role in a lot of areas, such as aviation, communications, instruments, aerospace and soThe modular power system requires not only the prominent electrical performance but also the excellent quality of the device manufacture process and heat dissipation. An acceptable range of temperature to a modular power system which can work well in the bad environment is-45℃-85℃. In fact, when a modular power system is operated under a full load, the temperature of some part may exceed85℃and the other part has a right temperature. In the most ideal case, when the modular power has a best thermal conductivity, the temperature is the same on every part of the system and the average temperature is lower than the upper temperature limit. So the modular power system desires the distinguished heat dissipation.In this subject, I research and design a wide-input and high-efficiency modular power supply, that it’s power is600W. I choose the active clamp forward excitation circuit as the supply’s topology.In the first chapter, a specific introduction is presented to the classify and characteristic of the modular power system, including the current status and development tendency.In the second chapter, the topology of the modular power system is classified and some of the topologies of common isolation switch are selected. Meanwhile, introduced are the technologies of synchronous rectification and the main device demanded in the reverse excitation circuit.In the third chapter, based on the special topology of the circuit, we analysis the circuit’s small-signal model and the control principle.The fourth chapter design circuit parameters of DC/DC module power supply circuit, including the design of the transformer, the selection of the power MOSFET, the parameter design of the control circuit and the experimental result.The fifth chapter is researched the thermal design of the PCB, which provides a theoretical foundation and a reference for the further design along with the optimization of the heat dissipation.
