Researches On The Vertical Load-bearing Characteristics Of Pre-stressed Spun Concrete Squared Pile

In recent years， with the development of civil construction industry， thehigh-number and large-scale building types has become a trend of progressive. And thestudy of the corresponding foundation engineering was more and more important. For akind of foundation forms，pile foundation has been widely applied at present. As a newkind of precast pile，Pre-stressed Spun Concrete Squared has the advantage of highercarrying，simple construction process，the rapid construction，reliable quality of pile，storage and handing in safely，construction without pollution and so on，it has used inthe area of pile foundation widely.In order to discuss the vertical load-bearing Characteristics of Pre-stressed SpunConcrete Squared Pile, this paper studies were as follows：（1）The characteristics of pile，the process of pile made，the advantages anddisadvantages of pile has been studied.（2）Method to determine the bearing capacity of pile，and the side resistance andthe tip resistance of Pre-stressed Spun Concrete Squared Pile has been studied.（3）The rule of pile load-bearing has been analyzed，and the transfer equation ofsingle pile load-bearing has been calculated，the load-settlement relationship has beenresearched.（4）In order to measure the deformation of steel， two Pre-stressed SpunConcrete Squared Pile were studied through static load tests in different pilediameters，by using of pasting hollow square in the pile. Though the theoreticalanalysis，the axial stress of pile，the distribution of pile side and tip resistance， thecritical displacement of pile-soil has been calculated and studied.A new static load test which for the Pre-stressed Spun Concrete Squared Pile hasbeen invention in this paper，and the useful reference has been provided for the spreadof Pre-stressed Spun Concrete Squared Pile in Anhui Province.
