Study On Key Issues Concerning Shield’ Construction In Shenzhen Metro Line5

With the Rapid development of modern city’Rail transport, the shield driving method will be more and more widely applied in the construction of urban subway project, but shield construction through complex strata is still a difficult problem in construction. It will cause the destruction of surface buildings (structures) and the underground pipelines without effective construction control measures. Based on the shield tunneling traversing of Shenzhen Subway Line5, this thesis studies the key issues of shield construction on the complex strata. The main contents are as follows:(1) According to the complex geological features of Shenzhen, Strata’ disturbance mechanism of shield tunneling, this thesis studies the construction safety and environmental control technology technical measures of EPB machine through complicated geological conditions such as:clay strata, hard rock Strata, uneven hardness Strata and lots of other bedrock under.(2) By the way of On-site technical research during shield construction, a large number of field data is collected, by analysis of catter wear regularity, replacement frequency and catter change mode, this paper studied the configuration and optimization for the for shield’ catter and a set of catter management techniques and management methods of shield across the complex strata is summed up.(3) This paper analysis the difficulties and precautions of EPB Shield originating in urban subway construction, clarify the freezing method in reaching the merits and advantages of the construction, research weak freeze construction of construction technology in water-rich stratum, and analyze the mechanical behavior of glass fiber and reinforcement design to studies reinforcement technology of end wall by the way of glass fiber. Finally, summarize a set of construction technology of shield originating in complex strata.
